ka99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ka99 ("ka99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at ka99.io and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces. 2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the ka99 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ka99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-account activity. Where multiple accounts are identified, ka99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and confiscate account balances without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep all account details current. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address within Bangladesh, active mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ka99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ka99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ka99 under the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a defined period without completion; the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault; the event outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed (late betting); or where the sporting body responsible for the event has ruled that the result is void or has been affected by corrupt conduct. In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ka99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
